These general conditions of sale apply to all services provided between the client and Assane Assani (STUDIO A), photographer under the micro-enterprise regime.
Your personal data collected when making contact is used for personal purposes and not for commercial purposes (answering your emails, etc.). In no case will they be distributed to third parties.
Booking and canceling a photo shoot :
You can book a session by email or via social networks in private messaging. A deposit of 30% of the final sum (travel costs included if there are any) will be requested in order to block your time slot.
If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of the reservation request, the time slot will be released to other people.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit cannot be returned.
This also applies if the client wishes to postpone the date less than 3 months before the session, a second deposit will be requested and the first will be lost.
The photographer whose service is canceled by the client suffers a significant loss of earnings. It must therefore provide for financial compensation.
The prices indicated on the site do not include travel outside Porto and Montpellier and its metropolis. They are neither modifiable nor customizable.
Course of the session :
The client is asked to invest at least in the preparation of his photo shoot. Among other things, he will be able to read the guide that was sent to him. His lack of investment can be felt on the final result of the session. The photographer considering that it is capital in the success of his work.
The client must choose the location of his session at least 48 hours before his session so that the photographer can organize himself.
The client, by choosing to use the services of the photographer, will respect and expect a universe that is specific to the latter and cannot claim another style (retouching for example).
The client also agrees to respect the photographer throughout the process.
The rule :
The deposit must be paid by Paypal, Lydia transfer or by bank transfer.
The rest of the amount must be paid in the same way, at the latest on day D of the session. It is advisable to make the bank transfer 48 hours before, and Paypal or Lydia transfers in the presence of the photographer at the end of the session.
Additional photos must be paid for only via Paypal or Lydia.
Choice of photos :
The client will receive an email with a PDF containing the photos of the session. According to his formula, he will choose the right number of photos so that the photographer retouches them and sends them to him.
He will also be able to purchase additional photos or the entire pack of all photos.
Photos are sent within 14 days maximum.
No raw file will be delivered. The raw file is the property of the photographer and her only means of asserting her rights.
The photographer only keeps the photos for 6 months. After this time, sorting your hard drive will result in the loss of all photos. The customer agrees to quickly choose the desired photos and to make sufficient backups.
Use of photos after receipt:
A document concerning the right to the image will be sent to the client and will allow him to choose or not to keep the photos private so that the photographer does not use them to feed his site and social networks etc ...
The customer will not make any use of the photographs delivered for commercial purposes. If he wishes, however, he can purchase an assignment of copyright to the Photographer.
The law considers the photographer as an author and therefore grants her specific prerogatives over his work, in particular the obligation for the client to include the name of the photographer when the photo is visible to the public -> sharing on social networks , for example.
Any failure to comply with all of these GCS may result in prosecution.
Reservation of a gift voucher:
The reservation of a gift voucher is made by email or via social networks in private messaging. The minimum possible amount for a gift voucher is 60 euros. The customer can decide to include any amount of his choice on the gift voucher. The person receiving the voucher can then use this amount as they wish when choosing to book a photo shoot. Sending the desired total amount is necessary for the creation of the gift voucher.
The prices indicated on the site do not include travel outside Montpellier and Porto. They are neither modifiable nor customizable. To receive a gift voucher in paper format, please allow an additional 8 euros and a period of 15 days to receive it by post.
The person receiving the gift voucher must complete their photo shoot within the time limit indicated on the voucher. Beyond this period, the session cannot be carried out and the voucher will be considered lost. In the event of force majeure, the person may still write to me to consider a postponement, and this, only if they write to me during the period of their voucher with proof of force majeure. No refund is possible.
