Using powerful tools like; the diagnosis, the emotional visualization, the therapeutic portrait, the self-portrait, the work of acceptance of the body in the mirror, the therapeutic acts… resulting from the method of emotional liberation that I created. At your own pace, you let the emotions emerge, express themselves, tell you ... In order to become aware of them, to accept them, to face them, to transform them, and to free yourself from them.
With respect, non-judgment and benevolence, you will become aware of your unconscious interests in being in this body, this weight, or this non-love of you. You will look at yourself differently ...
This emotional work will allow you to accept and welcome the person you really are, to re-appropriate your body and your history.

A photo therapy session is the first step in the ascent to personal well-being that the quest for self-acceptance leads. But to reach this stage, you have to be aware that the road can be long and that there will be many steps: one session is rarely enough to unlock all the points that are problematic for you, no matter what type of therapy you are considering. In addition, the results will differ from person to person; keep in mind that a real commitment and a real desire to improve things are essential for the sessions to be effective
A COURSE IN 3 STAGES 1ST STAGE
The first step of a photo therapy session with us happens before the session: we talk to you to get to know you: what are your tastes, your passions, your lifestyle. Together, we will clarify your expectations and needs, the complexes to be overcome, the main objective and the sub-objectives to be achieved. This exchange can take place over the phone, on a video call, at home or in a place where you are particularly comfortable.
It is also used to determine if the "feeling" passes between us, if you manage to place your trust in us and if you project yourself. After this first appointment, we plan the photo therapy session. Ideally, this should take place soon after the meeting in order to keep the benefits of the goals you set: the first part of the work is already done.
2ND STAGE OF PHOTO THERAPY
That of the photo shoot and will be cut into a multitude of small steps, the number of which will vary depending on our prior exchange. You can also discover our tips for preparing your shoot.
Thanks to the first interview together, we will have defined a place adapted to your personality and your objectives for this session. For example, if your main objective is to overcome your shyness, we will start the session in a very quiet, uncrowded place where you will be reassured then once you are comfortable we will take you to a more busy place so that you dare to pose in front of people who may be looking at you.
Giving you confidence will be our very first objective. If the "feeling" was present during the first stage, the work is half finished: all we have to do is bring kindness, empathy and a little touch of humor for a perfectly relaxed atmosphere. That you can be yourself fully is the goal of this shoot so that your photos look like you and speak about you.
Our sense of observation will then be mobilized to showcase you in the best possible way. Each face, each body has its own shapes and will not be highlighted in the same way, which requires constant adaptation and flexibility of the photographic techniques that we already know. To do this, we will offer you poses or small games to highlight your qualities.
The last step of this session will take place on average one week after the original session, we invite you somewhere or offer you a video meeting in order to share the post-processed photos with you. (Note: we only touch up very temporary marks such as pimples, dark circles, etc. and with your consent). This last exchange will allow you to talk about your reactions while discovering your images and thus release your emotions, in order to finally accept to welcome yourself as you are and gradually learn to love yourself more. This speaking time is very important in the process of regaining confidence in yourself and in your image, since it will allow you to truly anchor the positive and take a step towards learning to love yourself.
This session with us is sure to be an unforgettable memory that you can ask us to print in hard copy or album form so that you always have those photos with you that will give you back your confidence.
